We organise group and private tours focused on Jewish heritage across Central and Eastern Europe. We understand that the family history and heritage information you share with us is deeply personal. Genealogical data you provide is used exclusively for the purpose of researching your family history in preparation for your tour. We do not share this information with anyone beyond the specific archivists and researchers involved in your case, and we do not use it for any other purpose. Upon your request, we will delete all genealogical research data we hold.

Cookies and analytics. Our website does not set cookies of its own and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. No personal information is collected through the website beyond what you voluntarily submit through our forms.
Fonts. The typefaces on our website are loaded from Google Fonts. When a page opens, your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. Google states that it does not use these requests to build profiles of visitors.
Newsletter emails. Emails sent through Mailchimp contain a small invisible image, often called a tracking pixel, and tracked links. These tell us whether an email was opened and which links were clicked, and Mailchimp may record your approximate location from your IP address at that moment. We use this only to understand which stories our readers find interesting. You can prevent open tracking by blocking images in your email program, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email.
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
